Dhoom 2 : Preview, Trailer, Wallpapers, Movie, Pictures, Release

Sequels to movies are slowly begining to mature in Bollywood now a days. There was a time when sequels didnt exactly catch junta’s imagination in Bollywood, with common reasoning being “Yeh tho wohi picture hain!”. However over the last one or two years, sequels have begin to take shape - this year Krrish and Phir Hera Pheri have already tasted success at the box office - Next in line at Diwali will be the sequel to another blockbuster Dhoom, which is called umm.. Now, Dhoom 2 has been in news since the day of its inception I think - The major controversy was John Abraham being dropped (how could they drop the best lead?!) - now for Dhoom 2, they have a galaxy of stars including my current favorite Abhishek Bachcan, Hrithik Roshan, Aishwarya Rai, a not so huge star Bipasha Basu, and an absolute loser Uday Chopra, who I believe gets cast only in Yash Chopra house.

I didn’t find Dhoom itself not too interesting, it will be interesting to see how Dhoom 2 shapes out. The wallpapers can be found on many sites including http://yashrajfilms.com. I didnt find any trailers out there on the net, but I did come across what looked like a “making of” on Youtube.

Some trivia came my way through chitrapat that Aditya Chopra actually asked Aishwarya Rai to lose weight for this movie! Nice going Adi - it was about time. And he’s asked Hrithik Roshan to redo his stunts - why not just replace him? .

The buzz goes that Adi Chopra will show the landing of an airplane on a road in Dhoom 2.

Exactly  what are Indian filmmakers upto?

Initially Dhoom 2 was also going to be released with Salaam-E-Ishq, Don, Umrao Jaan. Now it seems they have postponed because the entire Bollywood have nothing to do next week - between the three movies, the entire bollywood is covered more or less.

Surprisingly nobody in the blogosphere is talking about this movie yet! Thats a surprise. 

Remember the last time Abhishek Bachchan and Hrithik Roshan came together? It produced Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon! I hope this doesnt end that way…
